Excellent food. Excellent service. Brunch was very good. Loved my dessert. Clean restrooms. Enjoyed our visit. However, misplaced my gloves. I had to ask twice if someone would help me look for them. I would would have made this a five star experience. If you find my winter, women leather gloves, please let me know

2nd time back here and loved it again! Its warm, inviting, dimly lit and excellent food. We ended up spending 4 hours here over dinner and didnt even realize! For appetizers, we had the olive tapenade which was absolutely delicious! We also had the endive salad, panisse and croquettes, which were good, not great. For the main course, we had the ravioli and maitake mushroom dishes. Both were excellent, very flavorful. My husband said it's the best mushroom he's ever had!! And I cannot leave out the souffle, it was absolutely divine!! It was about a 20 mins wait and comes to the table nice and hot with fresh chocolate sauce poured on top table side. I recommend asking for a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. The portions are small so we were full after our multiple dishes but the entres

They’ve done a wonderful job renovating the Hotel Chelsea and the newly added bars and restaurants continue that excellence. We had a fantastic holiday meal here with tons of delicious apps entrees and desserts. The cocktails were on point and we had a night cap at the lobby bar. Can’t wait to return. This place is young chic and vibrant but with old world charm. I see them going strong for years to come!

Everything we ordered was delicious! The croquettes, maitake mushroom, the steak, and the cocktail were all so good. Truly no complaints about the food. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but still felt classy and lively. I was a little surprised by the presentation of the croquettes though. It felt underwhelming. I’ve seen other photos that looked different, so maybe it varies. We actually skipped dessert to go to Crumbl Cookies a block up, but I’d definitely come back to try their soufflés next time.

Let’s talk about the good things The hostess with long brown hair was gracious and my waiter from South Africa… Sabelo?… was very good. On seating I was placed in a seat where when you slid into the booth My rump actually touched the table next to me. I apologized to the two women and after I got situated they even commented on why was that even a seating arrangement. It was stupid, poor planning, and unhygienic. Luckily they were sweet about it. I almost offered to pay for their check because we were do so close I heard every word they said. Oddly as they said, there were empty seats. Empty when I sat and empty when I left. Sad and strange. I could over hear the large table next to me. They were celebrating something and were just having fun but their comments on food items and quality w
