Amazing experience from start to finish! The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home, and the food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable and appreciated, and we will definitely be coming back.

This is absolutely the best breakfast or lunch in town. When they were closed once, we tried other places and nothing compares. It seems like the food quality it just better than other places, and CERTAINLY the attitude. The always smiling faces on Sassy (owner), Cate, Bella, Jack and the rest of the staff really make it a great experience. It's more like a family affair when you go. They know your name, what you typically drink/eat and how you want it. My wife ordered her "special" hasbrowns once, but forgot something that she often includes as a topping. Carl (owner/cook) recognized that it was likely her order and had Kate ask if she wanted that included, which she did. Now that's just incredible service.

Hands down, my favorite breakfast anywhere from edgewater to Palm coast. The best pancakes, the coolest atmosphere and the absolute nicest people. I have been going there for 10 years now and it's consistent and always Good.

Great breakfast and lunch! Carl is the best cook in town!!! They have weekly luncheon specials and convenient hours between Wednesday and Sunday. If you enjoy pinball, this is the place to go. They also have Lakeside parking and fantastic specials…

Great clean place, plenty of parking outside, extra room to play, clean bathrooms, attentive staff loved my giggly waitress she was awesome, her jokes are the best! Amazing food it’s too bad I only visited once but I will be back for sure when I’m in the area.
