Café Sud & Hotel St-Bernard

Rooms are clean, water in the bathroom is cloudy, air conditioning is very noisy and settings cannot be adjusted easily. Restaurant and Bar were closed. The few restaurants around are not great. If you have nowhere else to sleep, this is an ok hotel, but location is not great, you are sleeping close to the motorway, there is nothing around

It's a great hotel with lovely and kind staff. However, some alarm was left going off in the middle of the night (I guess the door?) for a while before someone fixed it. Also amazing hotel if you have kids not so great if you want quiet. I was woken up multiple times starting at 5am by kids knocking on the walls, ceiling (their floor) etc.

Hotel and pool were very nice! The restaurant was a disaster - took over an hour to get food and restaurant was not even busy. Wrong food delivered and some people didn't get their meal (table of 7) We were told they were out of certain items on the menu only to see other people ordering and receiving those items (ribs) an hour after we were told they didn't have any. I finally received my meal after everyone else at my table had already finished eating (and ate alone as my husband took our kids to bed as they were exhausted) Asked for a discount and was told because I ate my food I had to pay full price!!! Very poor customer service! If you stay at this hotel eat at the truck stop across the road - their food and service was awesome!

I rate this Best Western good overall. To become Excellent I think they need some management change. I had a problem with the desk manager about where to park my vehicle. With better communication skills from this staff member I feel there would have been no conflict. After all, who needs to be hasseled about parking after a long day's drive?...

Great place to grab an amazing tasty burger. Great hotel and dining area. Nice menu and selection of beers. Excellent service and nice manager. This place makes our day after many hours driving. We love it!
