Filthy. There wasn't a SINGLE TABLE AREA that didn't have garbage on the ground. Including food on the ground. The bathroom had pee in the ground and paper on the floor. There IS no level of "low staff" that equates to not cleaning the lobby. The filth is in full view of the staff by the way the prep station is made. The urinal fixture is loose and the pipe shakes. The soup? Both were room temp! Wow. Edit: I see that I'm not the only table shooing away knats. I'm looking around and I see others doing it. The sugar free lemonade was out, the fruit drinks were nearly out, so we had to pick from the only one that had some in it. I love zuppas food. However every time I visit. The checkout is always flustering. There has got to be a better system placed because there is no communication from when the food gets served up to register. Why is it my job to repeat what I ordered two more times. It happens every single time I’ve been. However, today really topped it all. My order was not rang up correctly and I was left with missing food when I had already ordered it. I kept having to go back to ask for my missing order. Then the cashier admits he didn’t ring that part of the order when I clearly stated to him I had two combos of the salad and sandwich. I believe if you gave tickets with what was ordered to the cashier or have customers hand it to the cashier or follow some other system this place would run a lot smoothe

I think the food is mostly good, but I’ve had hiccups every time I’ve ordered from here. One of the biggest problems is they always seem understaffed. I order ahead every time so I can pick up the food on my way home from work. It has never been ready at the time I scheduled it for, so I learned to order it for 15 minutes ahead. It’s also always so hard to get someone’s attention to tell them I’m there to get a pickup order. They walk right past without so much as glancing at you. Like last night I waited an extra 10 minutes after I arrived to be acknowledged before I told them I was there for my order (which was ready). Absolutely disgusting how dirty this place is. The place where they create your food everything is mixed and all over. The floors absolutely filthy. The soda machine was clogged and backed up. The trash was piled high. Everybody working here is under the age of 25 so none of them care. The food was mediocre and overpriced. Got ripped off for $40 and I will never again try this place. Thank god I’ve only been once in my life and I will never have to experience it again.

Friendly staff but low staffed maybe? Super messy lobby, constantly find myself cleaning my own booth up before eating and getting to go container/utensilis because there is no one who can spare 30 minutes when it slows down to tidy up the lobby. Portioning here is insane, they grab it with their hands? there is a spoon there for a reason! As a former employee I remember how important portioning was at my time there and if the spoon isn't used to portion anymore why is there one in each container? I've attached a picture of my bowl after it goes through the hands of salad maker that portions with their fingers!
