Café Zupas

I haven't placed a review in a while because I have been doing lots of deliveries, and I hate reviewing them, but this one is a must. I just received my order and opened the packaging. We ordered a brisket sandwich, and it was just as others said - there was more bread than meat. It was a tiny ciabatta with a small amount of brisket it was the saddest sandwich I have ever seen. The box the sandwich came in was about 70% larger than the sandwich. I was too mad to take out the camera. But I got a chocolate-covered strawberry most likely to calm my rage from seeing such a tiny sandwich. On a good note, the microscopic pieces of brisket were tender and good, that's the only reason for the 1 star. Then I opened my lobster bisque. I am not sure who the people are eating lobster bisque these

The location is perfect, Display of the food options-great, the attitude of the employees really great, fun, engaging, positive. The freshness of the food was really good, extra bread nice option but it was too gummy, strawberry in chocolate-nice. Drink station was not very appealing but it was ok . The patio , especially during the sunny days great addition but Zupa has to work to make it look nicer , add some shrubs, green screens etc...see how they do in Europe in this situation, you will be amazed. The wine bar or even beer bar would be nice to have but well we are in Minnesota...so many regulations...Overall I really like to come here .Food is really good and fresh. Thank you guys. P.S. Soups selection is fantastic!

Food it is great, simple. The service is a little slow but they get it done. The chocolate strawberries are delicious. The soups for the weather are aso very good. If you want something healthy you could also get it here. I am definitely coming back.

Why is everything at Zupa’s so good, every time? Online Pick up order. Two different entrees- just as ordered but always better than you think it’s going to be. Protein bowl. Salad and soup combo. Everything was fresh and perfect. The food was packaged carefully and thoughtfully. The restaurant was clean and the staff all looked like they enjoyed their job. Everyone was friendly. Also- do yourself a favor and buy a Dubai cup. Eat the whole thing <3

Extremely polite, and customer service driven! Talk about fast and efficient! For restaurants (especially) it can be difficult to provide both services simultaneously, without sacrificing the quality and taste of the food, but they manage to pull it off beautifully and score a 5 STAR rating!
