DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT. The short version is that Christopher is extremely unprofessional, ridiculously slow, and will not respond to your calls or emails. It took over five months for our very simple taxes to be done. We were worried the whole time because we were getting absolutely no information from him. When our taxes were finally completed, the payment slips he gave us (what you send to the IRS along with your check) were for the wrong year, so the IRS didn't apply them to our amount due. We got a letter stating that the IRS hadn't received our payments and we were facing the possibility of have our assets seized. My husband had to spend an hour on the phone with the IRS figuring it out. They eventually able to find the payments we had sent it, but we had to pay hundreds of dolla

WARNING: DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE TO DO YOUR TAXES. They are very unorganized. They had my taxes done last March but still to this day have NOT filed my taxes. I had to call the IRS, in November, myself. I had to find out why when they filed on October 15th the due date of the extension my taxes were rejected. I then called them and they had no idea. They are refusing to pay my penalty and late fees. I have been a bookkeeper for almost 30 years. I have never experienced this kind of professionalism. I have never filed my taxes this late. Unbelievable! They also showed I owed $11K and when I got my taxes redone. I only owed $3k. They took none of my credit or spreadsheet of personal expenses into consideration.
