This place has terrible customer service, changes the price a day after you purchase an item and will not give price adjustments, They charge is 25% restocking fee and shipping to return. Do not shop here you can do better elsewhere. Takes advantage of small businesses.! Do not shop here I repeat! They do not care about customers or small businesses. It says woman owned? They do not act like they have any feelings or care for small business like I said, doesn’t seem like the behavior of a woman. The lady here was nice but she overcharge me for a knife sharpener. I only realized this over a year later. I see the same knife sharpener in restaurant depot for a quarter of the price. I told her that I need her help and that I don’t know much about what I am buying and she took advantage of me.

Of all the restaurant supply companies that I went to this one here is way out on the East Side of Los Angeles. It's convenient if you're on the East Side of Alameda and the staff is very friendly and very helpful I tend to go back again to get whatever I need for my kitchen keep up the good work
