Cali Coffee

So disappointed in my experience today. I pulled in behind one car around 2 pm. There were 2 employees at the window having what looked like a counseling session w the occupants of the car ahead of me. I sat there for 5 minutes. No products were handed to the people, no payments being made, just this in-depth conversation, a lot of empathetic head nods and definitely no acknowledgement of me sitting and waiting. I don't mind friendly interactions but when there is a drive-through line, there should also be a focus on moving folks along. After 5 minutes I finally backed up and left. I drove out of the parking lot and went to the traffic light. While I was sitting at the light, I noticed the same car sitting at the window and another car had now pulled up behind it. I don't know when

I had such a wonderful experience ordering my coffee today! I got back to my apartment only to have my cat knock over my entire cup and when I went back and showed them the picture, they were extremely accommodating and empathetic and quickly remade the drink for me. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service! They always have consistently high quality coffee and very friendly workers. I highly recommend attending this location and getting a coffee or two!

Stopped by Cali Coffee today, boy was I shocked that this was a drive thru or pick up window only facility. Yes, I noticed that it says drive thru on the sign but I interpreted that as drive thru option, not...drive thru/pick up only. The store itself looks so large from the outside, I was sure it was going to be super cute inside. But, alas, you cannot enter. Initial shock aside, the barista at the pick up window in the front was super nice. Although, I almost tripped and broke my ankle on that unmarked sidewalk dip by the menu. There def should be some markings to note that there's a curb. My peripheral vision only saw light gray side walk and assumed it was the same height. Oof. The coffee and chai latte were pretty good. Always the best customer service. The employees make it worth the drive to go there and the new holiday coffee flavor is delicious! It is drive through only!!

Coffee with a side of Sunshine and Smiles from the staff 😊 today I tried their added Protein in my hot Blondie coffee which is derived from organic fermented brown rice evidently that gives 20g of protein and it actually tastes great with the notes of caramel in my coffee. Totally recommended!! Did I mention how Positive the vibes are with their coffee and staff?! The top of my cup even had a little sticker that said "you are strong" 💪 ❤️ incredible way to start my day and TGIF 🎉
