California Pizza Kitchen at Prudential

The place itself is very nice, but if you’re looking for high-quality food, I’d recommend trying somewhere else. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the dishes just didn’t feel well prepared. It felt more like quantity over quality, and the ingredients didn’t taste very fresh. The chicken was undercooked, and the pizza arrived missing several ingredients without anyone informing us or offering an alternative. The service was good other than that.

The service is average; the server sold me water bottle for 4.35$, though on menu it was for 2$. The mushroom pizza is really not worth 20$, see the picture how mushrooms are not evenly distributed. The truffle oil sold to me, 2 table spoons, was for 2$ extra. Really would not recommend the restaurant- it’s not worth the price.

I was new to Boston and came around this restaurant after roaming around for nearly 30 min. Ordered wild mushroom pizza with thin crust and a burrata salad. Both turned out to be great and portions were quite good too. Highly recommend! Cutlery was not given and ended up getting by Ourself. Just a minor thing that can be improved in service. Rest all is fantastic!!

Busy place during mall hours, but we got in without too much of a wait. Havent had CPK in a long time and was pleasantly surprised with the bbq brisket pizza, especially the pickled onions on top. We didnt get any utensils at first which was a bit strange for those that ordered pasta. The staff were helpful and didnt rush us

Always so great having Zoe as my server!!! She’s such a nice, personal and attentive waitress! Always so personable and great at suggesting different menu items! Loved the Dynamite shrimp so yummy!
