Calitacos Restaurant

I’ve been a loyal Cali Taco customer since the early days and have visited multiple locations. Unfortunately, the Buckeye location has gone downhill significantly. Today we ordered two tacos and they were stacked directly on top of each other, smashed and messy. Even more disappointing was the lack of customer service — no greeting, no friendliness, and no care when handing off the order. This is my home location, and it’s frustrating to see such a decline. Management needs to seriously reevaluate staff training and quality control. I hope this gets addressed so other customers don’t experience the same thing.

Food is good but service is horrible sometimes. I ask for everything on the taco. Cashier even asks me AGAIN! to confirm! which I do!. Come home from a long drive to plain tacos, seriously?! I spend my hard earned money here and it isn't the first time. And it's really a shame because they are really good but I feel that maybe this location doesn't live up to their standard of what Calitacos should be. I can't speak for all the other spots but this location is like rolling dice with my money sometimes. Really upsetting.. I don't think the manager, Luz is capable of running this restaurant to it's full potential. Also the two churros I ordered were sooo over cooked. Finally tried this restaurant not too long ago and food was great! Just wish the torta was a little bit bigger 😋 Onions and cliantro on the carne asada fries were a little too strong for my taste. Only down side was the salsa had clumps (as if it was frozen and thawed out). May check it out again

I have always been a fan of this restaurant and have frequently recommended it to friends, family, and even coworkers. My family has enjoyed coming here for years, and my daughter especially looks forward to the Jr. Cali Fries every time we visit. Unfortunately, our experience today completely changed how we feel about this location. I ordered the Jr. Cali Fries as I usually do, but when we received our food, we were given nachos instead. When we returned to the counter to explain that we had ordered the Jr. Cali Fries, the employee at the register told us we would still need to pay for the nachos because, according to her, that was what we ordered. We explained again that we did not order nachos. Another employee then came out and repeated that we had ordered nachos. I explained that I
