Calli's SmokeHouse,LLP

This was my first (won’t be my last) visit. I tried the special of the day, the porky pig! Look I love me some good pulled pork and coleslaw. The smoked bologna added another level of delicious flavor to the sandwich. It’s definitely gonna be tough trying to figure out what to get the next time I’m there is there are so many good options. Also had the cowboy baked beans, which were super delicious. It wasn’t just baked beans and barbecue sauce thrown in the smoker. Oh no! They added some pulled pork some peppers. It was almost a meal of its own. It’s a very good tasting sweet heat smoked cowboy baked beans! This place is a true smoked barbecue restaurant so with that being said remember good barbecue is cooked low and slow so get here early because good barbecue sells out fast!

Stopped in for an early dinner about 4 30 Saturday, first time here. Hardly any wait, really nice staff, didn't wait too long for our food. I got the Piggy Mac with pork and my husband got the Parfait with pork. We split a large cowboy beans. Really good food! I wish the pork had a heavier smoke taste, and we both needed more sauce, but it was pretty busy by then, so I went with what we had. Next time I'll ask for extra sauce on the side. Also, most of the tables were dirty and food on floor under them, would have liked to see it just a bit cleaner, especially before the dinner rush. My husband enjoyed the 70s hard rock, but it's not my genre lol. Thankfully not too loud to be overwhelming, it was at a decent background level. We will certainly be back to try some more!

So far I’ve only had the baby back ribs, and potato salad, the ribs are the best that I’ve had in a very long time, and the potato salad is amazing. Very friendly, professional staff, a clean relaxing environment, and very reasonable prices. This will be one of my regular stops from now on. It is right off I-80 / I-90, exit 1, it’s a 1 minute walk from the Flying J, and there is no toll to get off, and on that exit. I paid $35.49 for a full rack of very meaty baby back ribs, and a large Potato salad, which will be at least 2 large dinners. I also bought some of their House dry rub for $11.99

Me and my brother our truck drivers just passing through and decided to try this Calli's. We both order the Bomber burrito and 1/2 pound of hot links. Absolutely delicious. Brisket was very tender. Hot links are by far the best links I have tried. Not so spicy. 2 minutes walk from the Flying J. This place is now on my list of places to go when passing through. Thank you for the great food and service. Bought 2 shirts as well

This was our first time eating here. My girlfriend and I wanted some good BBQ and heard a lot about this place. Let me just say we were not disappointed, the food was delicious. I had the piggy Mac with brisket and my lady had the brisket melt sandwich. We were very happy after we ate, I would definitely recommend people try this establishment if they want good BBQ.
