Cam Ahn is my favorite hole-in-the-wall bánh mì spot in Oakland Chinatown, hands down. It’s one of those places you almost want to keep a secret… but it’s too good not to share. The real reason this is my go-to? I eat plant-based, and they make the freshest, most delicious shredded tofu spring rolls and bánh mì. Came back to Oakland visiting from Texas. Had to stop by Anh’s and get myself a banh mi. As soon as I walked in Anh greeted me with a huge smile and prepared me a fire #7 banh mi from her menu. 10/10

Walked in for lunch and was greeted right away. Got helped and was told about the different options so I went for a tray of fried rice, a grilled pork sandwich and some shrimp spring rolls. I will definitely come back here again. Everything was rich in taste.
