Cameron's Seafood

This place is a hit or miss. Kinda like a lotto of sorts. The first time we got crabs a few years back it was decent and crabs were a nice size. This time (week ago) we orders dozen male large crabs and 2 dozen medium/small (male/female). First of all the large crabs we got maybe 2 out of 12 which is BS since we PAID for large. When we started to open them up, there was barely any meat inside (I know this isn't their fault). Just things to think about.

Drove 3 hours, for a promise of #1 crabs. Once back home, crabs were extremely small!! Considering the distance I drove and the fact that I am a crab connoisseur, of sorts, I was EXTREMELY disappointed!! Wish I had read other reviews about small crabs, prior to purchasing. Pictures may not do justice to show the size. However, they are not much bigger than this newspaper ad.

My first experience at this Camerons seafood truck in Germantown, Maryland was Superb. He gave me exactly what I asked for and when the prices changed before I got there after I called, he honored those prices told to me over the phone. His professionalism and customer service was extraordinary and I will be returning. 🦀🦐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1 star is generous. Biggest waste of money. I ordered 4 crab cake platters and 1 dozen of crabs. The crab cakes were disgusting. They were fried really hard with way too much filler. The crabs had absolutely NO seasoning (not even a sprinkle) and half smelled of ammonia, which means they were bad. I’ve never had worse seafood in my life. I wish so badly I didn’t try this place out—utterly disappointed.

I was just here today right before they closed. I’m a new costumer and they were so kind and let us try a crab cake for free. So kind they didn’t have to do that at all but they did. Very friendly will definitely come here again. Would recommend! It was delicious
