Cantina Louie (Palm Coast, FL)

Good mexican food and average margaritas. Service was great. We had veggie Fajitas which were very good, as well as the chips and salsa. The house margarita was just ok.

It’s very commercial like a TGIF or a Ruby Tuesdays. I didn’t love it. The salsa and chips aren’t great. The salsa could have easily come from a jar and didn’t taste fresh. Same goes for the chips - not fresh. Best meats on the menu are the chicken and the carnitas per the server who was also a shitty server despite tipping her well. When food came out they forgot something and still charged me after bringing it out late. Food does come out fast. Music is good through the speakers. There’s gotta be better Mexican food out there but this isn’t it.

The restaurant looks inviting with its festive décor. The waitress seemed a bit irritated when we were ordering.it wasn’t like it was very busy. The food was not that great. I was surprised they didn’t have shredded beef for any of their dishes, so I had ground beef tacos. They were soggy and fell apart as soon as I picked them up. The chimichangas would have been a better bet. They only have Spanish rice which is different than Mexican rice that I’m use to and I didn’t care for the beans at all. This is nothing like Mexican in Mexico or California where I grew up. The chips and queso were the best part of the meal. I won’t be eating here again.

Fresh tasty food and fast service. Also very reasonable prices. Couldn't ask for more!

I have been coming to Cantina Louise for a number of years and it is amazing how quickly people are served their meals once they order. They are delicious and fulfilling. Their Frojo Jo margaritas are amazing and when it is happy hour, it is an even better deal. The service by all service are amazing and everyone is at your service, including the manager if you need them by chance. What a wonderful place! Highly recommended!
