Cape Canaveral Public Library

We love stopping in the Cape Canaveral Public Library while visiting the Cape. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love the courtyard area with a meandering path leading to the Veterans Memorial Park. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They have a nice size book sale in January where we found a few nice books. The library is a nice asset to Cape Canaveral.

Staff goes above and beyond, especially thanx to Julia. She helped me resolve a complicated printing issue and her patience helping a technically challenged individual was greatly appreciated Bob

Remember reading something other than your social media feeds?! Remember books? Well, they have a treasure trove of them here! For all ages (don't worry kids, the Moms of Liberty book bans don't apply here, and DeSantis may ban AP African American History, but he can't stop you from learning). Awesome and always-helpful staff, activities literally every single day that they are open, free (time-limited) computer-use (and $0.10 per page printing), and more books than you could read in a lifetime of reading! And it is free! And air-conditioned! Why isn't this place packed?! Put down the phone that you are using to read this review and head to this awesome public library, near City Hall Plaza, in "downtown" Cape Canaveral!

Our favorite library on the space coast! Okay I’ve only gone to the one in Cocoa and Suntree. But this one has a craft and coloring pages ready to go on the tables. They have some toys and puzzles for my toddler. It’s always clean, lots of books, nice staff, and is 3 blocks away from the beach. We went down the road east and found Public parking and walked on the beach. It’s such a great library. They even have a great selection of kids movies! My kids LOVE coming here, they always ask for a sticker at the circulation desk too. Thanks library staff for such a great kids section.

This is a cute helpful library. All the staff are helpful. They have regular events for locals. They are part of the Brevard County library system, so they all share books. I would recommend double checking children's books to be sure they don't contain things against your household rules and philosophy. There are regular scavenger hunts for little prizes to keep the kids engaged. They also have quiet rooms in back and computers for use. You can print anything in black and white for 10 cents a page.
