Capital One Café

A bank that’s a cafe? A cafe that’s a bank? It seems confusing at first, but it’s pretty amazing. Think of it as a free open community space to relax, meet friends, work, read, grab a coffee, use the restroom, or yes get some banking questions answered. It’s a super modern but comfortable space that’s open to use, even if you’re not a capital one customer or even buying a tea or coffee or pastry. There are plenty of chairs, tables, stools, and a couple of cozy couches, along with some little cubicles that you can book for an hour or two for meetings or quiet work. The cafe section is run by a fantastic team of baristas that are extremely friendly and personable. They make some amazing drinks, and some delicious baked goods. Awesome place and incredible coffee prices for capital one/discover card holders. There's free rooms you can book to hang out! I could definitely see myself working from here if I ever needed to! Super cool.

Great customer service and very friendly. Great coffee and delicious cookie. Came here for lunch break and the location was great. The sandwich was mostly bread and no arugula, but still good.

The service here is so terrible that it's honestly resulted in me closing all of my Capital One accounts. They have one single ATM in the entire café (not a bank, no matter what they claim - you'll see why), and if you have any troubles with it, good luck! I waited 20 minutes for a "Capital One ambassador" to speak with me, because there was only one working in the entire café - all of the others were "in a meeting". Meanwhile there were two baristas, who just stared at me while doing nothing. Keep in mind that there is only *paid* street parking, so every minute in this café costs you money, and that's on top of the gas you need to get here since there is only one cafe within an hour's drive of here. Today our experience with outsourcing… because Alejandra is a very experienced in customer service!! She showed us the store and the study 📚 and work rooms. Definitely we will come back. Thank you Capital one for the delicious coffee ☕️ and matcha 🍵
