Capital One Café

Great view that kept me inspired while I worked. I visited for their Friendsgiving event and the staff made me a Hibiscus Tea the way she liked it and it was AH-mazing. I will definitely be back to have that again. I'm hoping Tunde from Peloton visits the Detroit location soon. That is one of my bucket list items. I she speaks and hosts events at the cafes.

5 stars for Karina and Shantelle!! If you see them, know you'll be in good hands. I've visited this Cafe twice so far. The first was later in the day, waiting for the Q-Line. (Side note: fellow commuters! Don't wait in the cold if you can help it!) I asked Shantelle what she'd recommend for a first timer, and she made a fantastic Cinnamon Maple Latte... man. That leads me to another thing: if you're a Capital One customer already and you use your card, you can get the specialty drinks for half off!! That was a welcome surprise for sure. My second visit there was also nice! Was able to talk to Karina (who put me on to the complimentary luggage tags as well! I really appriciate you!!) I was a first time enjoyer of Capital One Cafe and was greeted & treated with the utmost respect by the wonderfully accommodating, Whitney. She made the experience amazing by showing me the whole cafe and what it offered coupled with in depth knowledge and expertise regarding Capital One banking. Highly recommend attending, I will be a weekly customer now. Thank you Whitney!

I come to this place from time to time because it’s a great place to get some work or studying done in a nice, clean, and very chill atmosphere. The staff here are awesome (shoutout to Dion!), they always greet you and help you out whenever you have questions or need assistance with things like booking a quiet nook. Furthermore, thank you to Menelik for his great energy and for making me an awesome cherry vanilla matcha latte, it was delicious!

I have not tried food but that Carmel latte and strawberry mango smoothie are great. Also, every time I enter the establishment, I am welcomed by the team. Menelik normally makes my order and is so pleasant which helps my day to be better. I also have tge pleasure of receiving good service from Aaron as well. Keep up the great work Capital One Cafe!
