Capital One Café 555 Broadway, New York, NY 10012 "Capital One Cafés are part bank, part café–all in one place. With this Capital One Café location staff are efficiency, with long line usually in SoHo area are no pulic restroom, this ficility are have three. and one personal inchar done amazing job making sure everyone good inline, My latte take no more than 5-10 minutes, was amazing as good standard. With this location may be little smaller, than all others one in Manhattan. The service are exception A+.
Standard Capital One cafe. Pretty busy. Lots of seating and outlets for studying - Gingersnap latte: I liked it, very cinnamony. Wish it was stronger tho. Chocolate gingerbread man was cute
After being assured by several trusted colleagues that a $2 cortado is indeed worth the indignity of coming here I foolishly decided to give this ode to financialization another shot and boy was I ever disappointed. This "cortado" had easily 4oz of barely steamed milk and the espresso was undetectable. Don't waste your time or money on this trash.
Absolutely incredible experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes eye contact, smiles, a genuinely connects with you. They offer helpful tips, clearly explain the work areas, and even take the time to walk you around and give you a tour-which is rare and so appreciated. As a working professional business owner, this is one of my go to places in New York City to actually get work done. The high-speed Internet is reliable, the environment is focused, and the private work areas are available to book in advance for up to two hours. These are perfect for important business meetings. This is hands-down, the best café in New York City. The space is clean, tidy and constantly being maintained, and it shows. The staff and management are truly top-notch. Plus half of drinks with a Capi

The drinks are fine (albeit expensive because they give them away and have 50% off for cardholders) and it gets very busy/crowded but they usually manage well. However I had a strange experience yesterday. There were maybe 7 people behind the counter and only one person taking orders. They have two registers and one employee was standing near the other register on her phone. She proceeded to take at least a dozen photos of the pastry case going back and forth from standing behind the counter reviewing the photos to standing maybe 6 inches in front of me retaking and reviewing the photos. I finally put in my order with the cashier who was friendly and helpful. When I got to the end of the counter several people were waiting for their drinks. I not
