Capital One Café

I had a surprisingly great banking experience here. Veronica was incredibly friendly and made the account opening process silky smooth. She even shared the bank's philosophy: they designed the branch like a café to make banking feel less intimidating, which is such a wonderful concept. And as a bonus, the vanilla oat latte was delicious! Highly recommend.

Had a great breakfast sandwich and appreciate my capital one card discount. There are always capital one employees ready to help you out with any banking questions too.

I’ve been coming here lately for their coffee and it’s pretty good for the price. The ambiance is nice relaxing, clean, and a great spot to work or just hang out. Plus, the perks for Capital One cardholders are amazing! Definitely a great value and experience overall.

Went to add my wife as a joint account holder. She had all of her requirements ID and Social Security number to be added. She ended up getting restrictions as well on my end. We called 3 times and was informed we had to go back. We had to get verified again. I am frustrated because I am trying to get my tax forms. I am not trying to drive over 2 hours one way again. I am close to closing my savings account.

I love this place so nice and vibrant it’s at the center of the mall, across the new bowling place. I am a huge fan of this mall and all stores on it. It’s 4 rating because their cashier and the one handing out the order. They need to be vibrant cool energetic and engaged. Love Capital one esp the Venture 50% off drinks but I wish they have bigger size even paying more cause the small cup it’s not enough. My favorite their ice matcha, I like everything about with matcha. There should be a limit for their guests hugging chairs and tables. Some been there forever and hoping they have big relationships with the bank or ordering more drinks right?
