Capital One Café

The drip coffee wasn’t good but for just $2 (if use discover card) it is a good deal. The place itself is very nice. It is very clean, cozy, and pretty quiet. There are different types of tables. There are also walk-in study rooms that you can use. It feels very comfortable here. Not many places in downtown Santa Monica are that nice. I really like the vibe. The staff is very friendly.

Christian, Justin and Logan and honestly the rest of the staff are SPECTACULAR. Not sure if they are all still there, I was a weekly visitor in 2024 before my home burned down in 2025. BUT they were all incredibly patient, attentive and kind, even when I couldn't figure out simple things with their ATM. They also always let me know when there were free cafe perks. Love this location! There are a LOT of issues with customers yelling at them and people being beligerent that they have to deal with on a daily basis but they still are always positive!

Solid coffee from Verve. Vanilla Rose Latte is delicious. Fast service, professional staff. 50% discount on your order if you're a Capital One card holder! Also fun to people watch people walking outside

Having a Capitol One card, it is such a treat to be able to visit the different capitol one cafes to study or catch up with friends. This is one of the largest Capitol One cafes I’ve been to! The ceiling was so high and there are ample amounts of seating spaces out. There is only one bathroom however and you’ll likely need to talk with one of the staff or security guards to have access to it. I got my usual chai latte with almond milk. They add a good amount of cinnamon that makes it so Good! I thank the staff who were there that day when I visited - they were kind and generous. God bless you all.

This has some of the best customer service I've ever had. Server "Skye," was extremely nice. I found a new favorite spot to come and do my work. It's a nice modern style, with descent views from outside, free Wi-Fi, outlets to charge your devices and even some private rooms to rent out. And of course having a café is very nice. And of course, if you have a Capital One bank account or Credit Card, it's great to come here for your banking needs with the ATMs. Though, I have not used their "banking services" I'll update my review when I do. If "Skye" is there, I Highly recommend the "Skye Drink"
