Capital One Café

We visited this Capital One location to open a savings account, and a staff member Michael helped us, and he was really friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process easy and smooth. The environment was welcoming, they even had good coffee, and it felt like a place where you can get everything you need done comfortably. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend this branch!

Decent coffee with beans from different roasteries. The vibes are off here though - came on a Sunday afternoon and a random group of guests had "reserved" an entire section of the cafe to themselves. This isn't a private conference space..

This cafe is great... as a cafe. You can't actually do any banking here so it's mostly for looks. Stopped in one day to get a cashier's check. They don't do that here. Asked to make a deposit, which they do via ATMs. Can't do a name change or any banking outside of deposits so don't waste your time going here for any banking needs. The one in Boston is the best for banking.

It was amazing! Staff were friendly and kind, and our order got done pretty quickly. The drinks tasted pretty good

I'm giving this 5 star for the amazing coffee and how good the Baristas are are at making the drinks! Never heard of verve coffee until I tried it at Capital one, really great coffee compared to other cafes in the Boston area.I've tried the iced latte and cappuccino and pumpkin latte. All are so good! Staff is also friendly, quiet atmosphere and good place for working/studying,very clean. Never tried any food so can't give feedback on food.
