It is so NICE to be a Capital One Bank customer because we get a 50% off discount in the total bill. The service are incredibly attentive and charismatic. Free WiFi, plenty of spaces to sit down and enjoy the delicious coffee that Capital One offers.

I would expect Waaay better Service from Capital One Lounge! I we t March 7,2026 right after 7pm!! The Rudest Tacky Unclassy experience!! Employess all huddled doing nothing! No greeting! The lady was just looking at me Like what do you want,she didn't even wanna open her mouth basically!They were not welcoming at all!We stepped outside Then at 7:26 pm it was raining and an employee came out and said they were moving patio seating inside!Very Uncouth and Tacky! Not how you treat CapiOne members!We are business owners and would never have our employees even think its okay to behave this way!Amex Lounge would never!MY FIRST COMMENT GOT TOOK DOWN!
love this place! the customer service is amazing (and the drinks are too!) i lost my keys and tom (thomas) the manager found them and returned them to me! the drink i got was the cherry matcha and it was to die for. amazing service overall thank you!
Amazing concept and execution by capital one! Far better use of retail banking space than antiquated teller/service branches. Yummy too! And 50% off for using a cap one card is awesome. Rosie’s flower truck out front is great too!
