I was the perfect cup of coffee, no matter who's making it. It's always fantastic. Your greeted when you walk in. It's a nice clean facility. If you wanted to work from home from there, there's Wi-Fi. You can also handle all of your account needs right there on my location. The Capital One Café has such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere! It’s not just a place to grab a coffee, but also a space where you feel comfortable to sit, work, or meet up with friends. The team here is always friendly and professional, and you can tell the café is managed with a lot of care and attention to detail. Leslie and the staff make the experience feel personal, and that really sets this location apart. Definitely one of my favorite spots to spend time!

Our representative for today was Carlos. We previously came from the other Capital One bank. Off the bat once entered immediately greeted with a smile and FANTASTIC energy. I explained the problem and what happened at the other Capital One bank location and how the representative there failed at helping. Did that stop him from trying? NO. He went straight into it. We sat at a super fancy desk. Throughout the whole interaction Carlos energy was high and positive. He thoroughly explained our situation so we can understand. The best part? Not only did he solve what felt to be an impossible rubric cube. He gave us free drinks from the Cafe with a link. I 100% recommend Carlos at this location. He’s the man.
