My 5-star rating is solely based on the morning flatbread. This breakfast pizza is seriously one of my favorite things to eat on Disney property. Very filling and only $10.59. Difficult to finish on my own but didn’t get full when it was split for two. Recommend sitting outside if it isn’t too hot.

Great Spot for a Casual Bite! This is a solid place to grab a quick bite at the Polynesian Resort, especially if you’re looking for something without the hassle of a reservation. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The superfood salad was fresh, flavorful, and definitely exceeded expectations. But the real standout? The Poly Chips. Seriously, if you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out, they’re crispy, seasoned perfectly, and totally addictive. I’d honestly recommend ordering two batches because one just isn’t enough! The flatbread, on the other hand, was just okay. Not terrible by any means, but not something I’d rush to order again. Still, with standout items like the salad and chips, this spot is worth a visit if you’re nearby and looking for a laid-back meal

We hadn't eaten here in a while and thought we would try it again. Great decision for us!!! Spicy Korean Chicken Bowl and Pulled Pork Nachos with Pico and pineapple salsa. Very delicious!! Not really spicy though but excellent still!! Would definitely get again

Capt. Cook's is the Polynesian Resort's quick service snack bar. It's located by the main areas, so it's very convenient. As with most things Disney dining, it's overpriced and mediocre. And let's be honest: the only reason I ever go here is to hang out while I'm waiting for my seat at Trader Sam's to be ready! There's a large indoor seating area with picture windows that look out onto the Polynesian property. Lush trees give a tropical vibe, and the outdoor dining patio is also nice when it's not raining or super hot and humid. This is a strictly "grab-and-go" spot with a unique menu that also has family-friendly favorites (chicken noodle soup, macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers and burgers). If you're looking for something a little more "elevated" (and I use that term loosely here),

Got the Shrimp and Noodle Pan-Asian Stir Fry with Vegetables. Came to $15.22 with taxes, and was an excellent, filling meal. Highly pleased with it.
