Place gave the vibe of no employees actually cared about it. One employee was sprawled out napping in a booth (1045am) another was sitting and watching iPad (they open at 1030, break already?) Super hot, sticky, and moist inside. The food was as expected, not he good or bad to say. The young lady working the register did her job. That’s it, just did her job, could care less if I was spending my money or not. Not welcoming, but not rude or disrespectful, just….did her job.

We got there at opening, but they were not ready. A manager was propped up in the center of the dining room changing drive thru posters and prices. We were the only customers but it took almost a full 30 minutes to receive our food. According to our cashier, the cook was taking the same 2 hour bathroom break she takes every day when she gets there. There was 6 inches of scum on the legs of all the chairs from dirty mop water getting sloshed. The fabric benches had bugs crawling and I was praying they were not bed bugs, but looked more like roaches when googled. The windows were smeared to almost be opaque and the smell was unreal. This store has not seen a soul that cares in a long time.

We had the fish meals and it tasted like mold and sweat. We attempted to call the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. Horrible food. No wonder the health score is 73 a C. The workers were to busy on their phones when we ordered. We should have left as soon as we saw health score but we had already paid. Do not go here unless you want to get horribly sick.

The clerk was trying to overtalk me while I was trying to order. She told me that they were only accepting cash at that time. I proceeded with my order and she was overtaking me about the cash thing. I finally said ok, I've got it. When we got to the window I asked for ketchup and tartar sauce. We sat there for a moment to ensure our order was correct. She never said anything about being out of ketchup so I sat there until she finally came back to the window and when I asked for ketchup she says oh we're out of ketchup. The food was as good as usual but the customer service is definitely lacking.

Just under a 30 minute wait and only one order ahead of us. This place used to be really good, timely, and offered military discount. Now it's gone to trash. No care in the world about losing customers!
