The sign to the road is never working to let you know that the restaurant is open. The drive thru as you pull off from making your order needs repairing it has a big dip. And the drive thru speakers either needs the intercom repaired or the worker doesn’t want to take the orders can barely hear her speak. The whole parking lot needs more lightening it’s really dark and especially behind the building where you place orders

The restaurant wasn't busy during my visit, which may be why the food was very fast but not very hot. It tasted good. The dining area was not as clean as it should be.

I placed an order through Uber. I ordered butterfly shrimp and fish with a baked potato and fried okra. This is NOT butterfly shrimp. It is popcorn shrimp and TOO greasy! The fish was okay. The potato was as I ordered it and the okra was great. Everything was very salty. My dogs loved the expensive shrimp!

The general management at the Dallas location requires immediate attention. The current approach of communicating through nonverbal cues rather than sentences is unprofessional and hinders effective customer engagement. The general manager’s lack of intellectual awareness is evident, and it is imperative that they undergo retraining or be reassigned to a location where their management style aligns better with the team’s needs. One potential solution is to swap the general manager with a front-line worker, allowing the latter to demonstrate their ability to engage with customers on a more effective level. It is strongly recommended that the owner investigates the financial losses incurred at this location due to the current management practices.

My family has been eating here for over 20 yrs & today's encounter with employees was horrible! Drive thru server was rude & impersonable & a female employee was eating food directly on the service counter. I know that is a DPH violation! Lack of proper training seems to be the issue at this time.
