Just went through the drive thru tonight. This was a very disappointing experience tonight. We have been here many times but can’t believe my food tonight. My husband’s was fine but I ordered the fish and garlic popcorn shrimp but the shrimp didn’t look right at all. Fish and hush puppies were fine but I can’t believe they served me the shrimp looking like this. I am left hungry for dinner now as well. Very disappointed

The man that works taking the orders ... His name is Shalom and he was the absolute nicest and most polite person I have ever received my food from or most anything for that matter... World needs more like him. Whatever they're paying him isn't enough ! Can't be....

Food was okay. The customer service people were nice. I didn’t go inside but the parking lot is horrible. Huge holes everywhere. The drive thru speaker looked and sounded broken. Good thing I eat there once a decade.

The young lady that takes orders in the drive thru is extremely rude. The wait time is awfully long. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Please do better.

Captain Discord hasn't changed much over the years. That's fine for the food, I always get the meal experience I'm expecting but the decor hasn't changed in ages so the interiors seem stuck in the past and could use a refresh. For take-out, the decor is a non-issue though.
