Captain D's

Exactly what you hope for when you stop at Captain D’s. We stopped by after a show because I don’t have a Captain D’s close to where I live and this was only a few miles away. We stopped by and were greeted quickly, ordered our food and sat down. It took a few minutes but everything was fresh cooked and tasted great. The restaurant was bright and clean - I’d definitely stop by again if in the area.

The Captain D's on Jonesboro Road has nice associates. Very polite and the Big Fish 🥪 is always fresh and delicious 😋.

When I received my food it was thrown in the container with a bad attitude. I asked for okra but they intentionally left the fries in the container. You can't even see my Cole slaw, and why didn't they put it in a separate container? Too intimidated to take it back because of how they served me the first time. Please look at my food presentation

Always rude. Always slow. Apparently no refunds. Better check your order because it’s ALWAYS something wrong I guarantee.from the burnt bun to the wilted lettuce or the cold over cooked fish or the cold under sized sides they serve. Second pic of brown lettuce is one years later than the original post. CANT give them a chance!!

I just left there today hungry from a long days work. To find that my fish is pink... From the fish &fries meal. I am very disappointed at Captain D's and will not go back again. Sad because I truly love Captain D's well used to. Please don't go there.
