We got a family meal on Valentine's Day, and everything was great. The fish, fries, and hushpuppies were all fresh and just the right amount of crispy. The green beans were seasoned perfectly. They put all the sauces we needed, plus a few Hersey Kisses for the holiday in a separate bag with our order. They had it ready fast and were really nice. It was all really good this time!

To be honest, this was the worst fast food experience that I have had in a long time! I was excited when my fiance's family invited us out to dinner for me to meet him for the first time. Fish sounded great, but from the moment I went to wash my hands, this place was not measuring up. There was no soap in either bathroom (so guess the employees just skip that part after a bathroom break) After waiting and waiting we finally got our food which was not fresh or even tasted like fish. But whatever I can Understand not meaning to, and let's fix it. The managers were beyond not helpful and did nothing to try to fix the remedy. By the end we got some untasty French fries in some fresh hot but weird fish... not cool captain d's

I was charged $21 for a very small serving of mac and cheese, okra, and a shrimp skewer. The meal normally costs me $14 so I believe it was rung up wrong. The woman was extremely rude at the counter. The meal normally comes with rice and bread and I was told AFTER ordering that they were out..?? I asked if I could add anything else and was told no because the rice and bread were included in the price.. which they were out of. Service is always terrible and the only reason I ordered inside is because it takes 30+ minutes to be waited on in the drive thru. The workers are also in street clothes and didn’t look professional. I won’t be back for a while!

Food was good but for the price of mac n cheese, they are skimpy. I used a coupon and they tried to hassel me because it was expired by a few days. The chicken was fresh but pieces were small, fries were hot and fresh...but the mac n cheese made me want to cry lol everything pictured in photo was a little over 7 dollars. In my opinion, it wasn't enough food for the price. Edit: I went back to give them another try and was greatly disappointed. Where are they putting all the food they are skimping us on? The second pic was over $10. This place used to be wonderful. Portions didn't used to be huge but u at least got what u pay for. It didn't even come with a drink Ava they don't have bbq sauce. I feel like 4 tenders should come with at least 2 pks of sauce. This is my last time eating here

I wish you'd at least get the portion that is shows on the menu photos. I counted 8 pieces of shrimp of the Popcorn Shrimp & Fish dinner. Prices have all gone up, but the quality & portions went down. But thats every where.
