I want to take a minute and give kudos to your store employee Elijah. For starters, while I waited for my food to be made, I watched him verbally greet and smile at every single customer that walked through the door. When I noticed that the tartar sauce dispenser was just about empty he immediately apologized and then came from behind the counter with a new full container. He then brought two large cups of the sauce directly to my table. While I was eating, I watched Elijah walked the dining room and speak with all the customers there to make sure everyone was happy with their orders. Elijah is a true asset to your company and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service. I will definitely be going back. Great job Elijah!!

Let me start off by saying I am not a seafood person. My wife likes popcorn shrimp and most places only offer it on the kids menu. Capitan D’s offers it in a dinner portion. So I caved and obliged her craving. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they now offer a hand breaded chicken finger. It was a thick strip of breast tenderloin meat cooked perfectly so that is was adequately cooked but still juicy in the middle. They have a dipping sauce that reminds me of a mild Cajun remoulade. “D’s sauce” I can imagine it would take good on most everything they sell. I found myself dipping in it almost exclusively next to honey mustard. I guess all the dinners come with hush puppies as a bread side because I got a few with my tenders. They offer Pepsi products and tea and a few desert treats. The

I normally go here when I’m craving their sweet tea & chicken tenders and it always comes out just as I ordered it. NORMALLY, the service is good & they actually listen to you when you order. However, today I went in and got a pretty simple order (my usual). I ordered a FOUR PIECE chicken tender meal with green beans, a baked potato, and a breadstick. I also got a sweet tea & some cracklins. What I got back was disappointing to say the least. I didn’t bother to check my box since it’s normally correct, so after I drove 45 minutes back home, I opened the box and found out they had given me TWO pieces of FISH, a handful of fries, & hushpuppies. The only thing they managed to get right was my sauces, the cracklins, & my drink. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It’s not worth going back to

Not sure what has happened to this captain Ds it used to be the best one in Ga. I was there yesterday and it was not good. The dining room was nasty . They had a cabinet under the drink machine that was torn up and partially pulled out that was absolutely nasty. There were maybe 4 tables that were clean enough to eat at. The dining room floor was dirty with trash everywhere on the floor. The hush puppies and the fish were under cooked. On the way out the trash receptacle was all so nasty and smelled very bad. I will not be going back to this location until I hear that it’s been cleaned up.

The gentleman taking my order was very rude. He told me to wipe my nose before ordering, which I thought was very uncalled for and unprofessional. My food sat on the counter for five minutes before someone gave it to me. The dining room was not clean. I did not enjoy the food; I ended up just throwing it away and going to a different restaurant.
