I know it's kind of wild to leave five stars for a fast food fish place, but the fish was perfectly breaded, crunchy, tender and delicious. Hush puppies were delicious and flavorful. I also got the okra, which was well-flavored and delicious and the Mac and cheese, which was creamy. Even more impressive was the service. This place was SLAMMED and had been for a while, there was a crazy line when we got there. The trash was very full and there was one person in the kitchen and one guy with curly black hair serving customers. This guy was busting his ass to give excellent service, helping everyone without losing his cool, bringing out food, taking out the trash. It was so impressive. Ordered the shrimp and fish deals as advertised on tv. Got home and the 2 deals were short the cashier at drive thru never mentioned they were out of shrimp,substitute with another piece of fish. Also any extra side is 4.99, had my husband not wanted macaroni and cheese and my self cole slaw I would not have ordered them. Last time we go visit here.

7/14: Ordered the 2 deal lobster rolls only to get home & find one with a torn apart bun and a mere teaspoon of lobster on the bun!!!!! This is false advertising at its finest because what they advertise in the commercial and what you see in this photo are two entirely different things!!! ____________________ First of all, the young man at the window was so polite, which was greatly appreciated. The food was flavorful but the piece of chicken that I received was no bigger than my thumb. Come on Captain, you can do better. Overall, not a bad place to grab a bite to eat.

Im giving the food 3 stars only because I noticed that everything has become a lot smaller than before. You know, that really sucks to jack the prices up & get less food. WHY people?????????? I dont understand it !!!!!!! Where does that make sense????? Other than that, the place is fine. I really love Captain D's food. I really hate to see it go down over potions getting cut.

The food was alright although they were out of a lot of stuff so had to substitute. The dinning room ceiling is full of mold and mildew spores . I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like and the walk in cooler 🤢🤮
