Only complaint is no ice for the drink and that is temporary issue. Food was freshly cooked. Could tell the grease was new. Service was great. Friendly and checked on us middle of meal. Dinning room was clean and staff can in a couple times to clean dirty tables!

Stopped in for lunch and we each got one of the $5.99 meals. I got the "Giant Fish Sandwich", which is two of the fried fish pieces on a bun and tartar sauce. Very filling and tasty! Next time I would add a piece of cheese. I will say, the fries are lacking at Capt. D's, probably my least favorite fast food fries. I'd rather have had hushpuppies instead. I also got a side of 5 fried shrimp for $1.99. Hard to beat this deal. My sandwich was so big I didn't really need the shrimp but it's hard to say no at that price. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Hair in my food.. didn’t give me all of the sauce I ordered.. put bacon on my potato when I asked for none.. guy at the window wasn’t very pleasant. First experience here and overall wasn’t great

I travel for work and dine out a minimal of twice per day, five days a week, that’s an average of forty meals plus per month. I can’t remember the last time I endured such a horrible dinning experience. I started off by asking about double shrimp which was advertised on the large outdoor sign, not one employee knew what I was talking about, including the assistant Manager and Manager. I said never mind and just ordered the fried fish, extra crispy fries and coleslaw, I also opted for breadsticks in lieu of hushpuppies. I’m told to take a seat and our orders will be brought to our table. They are out of plates. The fish was chewy and taste like chicken, the fries were barely cooked and I received hush puppies instead of breadsticks. I’m in town for several more days but will definitely no

They perfectly cook everything. Stellar customer service in drive way. They also brought back sweet sour sauce. The fish, chicken and bread were so yummy! This place should be packed! Best food in town.
