Captain Frazier's 24 Hour Live Shrimp Kiosk

Big thanks to Captain Frazier and all who make this place possible. I was looking for a phone # & seen the bad reviews and my jaw dropped. My son , nephew and their friends couldn’t believe it either. Anyways we’ve been a member for a couple years now and love the whole set up!! We go fish at least once a week and it doesn’t matter what time we go we know that we can get some live shrimp, bull minnows and fiddlers also. Fiddlers aren’t there all the time, maybe seasonal. So out of two years of using the kiosk at least once a week many times 2&3 times a week.- they were out of shrimp 3 times. It didn’t bother us a bit. It the real world. It’s gonna happen. 2out of the 3times we went the next day or two and there was shrimp. I LOVE picking our own shrimp and here they have always bee

Im not a local, but I’ve been fishing down here at least 3 times a year, for 5 years. I’ve even purchased a membership with this company before. I called today to ask about shrimp availability and to purchase a membership. The person on the other side of the business line told me “that’s not how it works, it will take 2 days to approve your membership, and we cater to our members…” Poor customer service is what that sounded like to me. I’ll stick to Hooked Up Bait and Tackle. Membership to your club just sounds like a number.

Poor customer service. Bit of advice, if you don’t want people calling your business with questions. Don’t have a sign made with your number on it.

Mostly dead shrimp, when there are any. Don't call the number, the guy is a real jerk, you don't want to be a member of this, real rip off... it was clean today

Great place to get bait in a good location, and it’s open 24hrs a day. Can’t get better than that. Great dude that runs it aswell.
