Captain's Quarters Inn

I stayed at The Captain’s Quarter Bed and Breakfast in Edenton, NC during ECSU Homecoming, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, GiGi, the innkeeper, made me feel right at home—she gave me a warm welcome, showed me around the property, and made sure I was settled comfortably in my room. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so cozy and comfortable—the perfect place to relax after a busy weekend of festivities. Breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, a great start to the day! I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend The Captain’s Quarter to my close friends and family. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and hospitality.

One great Bed and Breakfast! Service and attention to detail goes unmatched! The rooms are clean and inviting, the staff are so wonderfully helpful and nice, and the gourmet breakfasts were outstanding! Perfectly located and a very short walk to the waterfront and the quaint shops.

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable B&B! So charming, close to town and the staff was amazing and kind! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating to my gluten free allergy. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at the Captain's Quarters Inn in August and it was the most wonderful experience! It was quiet, wonderful porch to sit out on, comfortable room, and a 5-star breakfast every morning. Always delicious! Gigi and Noah were so friendly and made it a perfect stay. I will definitely be going back one day!

The Captain’s Quarters Inn is a beautiful property with a great location within walking distance to downtown Edenton BUT we were disappointed that they did not offer coffee at our Inn. We had to walk outside to the house beside the Inn for coffee and the breakfast. In bad or cold weather this would have been even more disappointing. There was a small refrigerator located in our Inn in the common area but it was never stocked. The breakfast was very basic and subpar to other Bed and Breakfast’s we have stayed at around the area where the breakfast presentation was part of the overall experience. The first morning we had microwaved pancakes with berries and yogurt and scrambled eggs. The second morning we opted to go into town to get breakfast.
