We had dinner at Carbone Riviera and sat outside on the patio — and honestly, the view alone is worth going. The Bellagio fountains right next to you, the energy, the atmosphere… it’s breathtaking. One of those classic “this is why we love Vegas” moments. Service was perfection. Attentive without being pushy, super polished, everything flowed exactly how it should. We ordered a lot — multiple appetizers, sides, mains, and of course dessert. Overall, the food was very good. You can tell it’s high-level. The pasta especially was cooked perfectly — absolute textbook execution. That part was flawless. If I’m being completely honest (and we’re picky), it was almost perfect. This new restaurant in Bellagio is amazing and if you're wondering if you should go, you definitely should!! My husband and I went for dinner and its now our new favorite spot. The restaurant is gorgeous, the atmosphere is so upbeat, lively and fun and the service is outstanding. The food is out of this world. We got calamari and ceasar salad and both were amazing. They bring pre dinner accompaniments and everything is amazing. Try it all! I got spicy rigatoni for my entree and my husband got the rib eye and both were the best we've ever had. They will offer a couple different desserts..the lemon cheesecake is to die for. Absolutely amazing experience. Can't wait to go again!

Have been a big fan of Carbone but always have a hell of a time making reservations. No better combination than great Italian food with a view of the Bellagio fountain in the background! Started the meal off with an old fashioned while the servers brought out a warm tomato and olive focaccia bread and bread sticks with a white bean dip. Sadly we were still deciding what to eat so the bread was cold by the time we finished ordering. It was still tasty but would've appreciated them serving the bread after we ordered. We ordered the table side caesar salad, calamari fritti and maine lobster to start. Love their caesar salad, especially the presentation. An unforgettable birthday & annivesary Vegas dinner 🥳🥂 Had an incredible night in this very fancy restaurant seated right on the deck and it honestly felt like stepping into a glamorous coastal escape in the middle of the Strip. The ambiance alone sets the tone: warm lighting, open air, water views, and that signature upscale Carbone energy. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The spicy rigatoni absolutely lived up to its reputation — rich, perfectly balanced, and addictive.
