Carbones Pizza

Really liked the Food. Perfect ratio on everything. Dezi Dunkers should be added to their menu permanently, this was my favorite. Would definitely go again.

I thought when Jerry Carbone sold the West St Paul restaurant and we realized it wasn’t the same, we would never get a pizza like it again! However today we went to Carbone’s on Randolph and WOW! Amazing! The pizza, the staff, the atmosphere! So wonderful! Best pizza! We had Claire as a server no pressure just nice family restaurant! We will be back.

One of my all time favorite pizza restaurants, and ive been all over the country. Everything from their perfect crispy thin crust, zesty red sauce and generous amount of mozzarella is done perfectly every time. 🔥❤️

Food was good tim was a nice guy when I picked up the pizza and I enjoyed it was nice n fresh too place is cool he said building has been operating since the 60s

Wow, if you haven't tried this gem, you're missing out. Carbones Pizza on Randolph is family owned and shouldn't be confused with the chain Carbone's. On Saturday I was hungry for pizza and realized we hadn't been to Carbone's in nearly 15 years. We used to go often when we lived nearby. That settled our decision to see if it was as good as we remembered. We sat down and a server was at our table about 1 minute later asking if we would like anything to drink or had any questions. We ordered the Italian cheese bread with sauce as an appetizer and a 14 "thin crust pepperoni pizza. My husband also had a Surly Furious. The cheese bread ... Oh yum. So much cheese! No, really- they do not skimp on the cheese here. The homemade marinara sauce has a wonderful tangy bite to it. Really delicious.
