Absolutely amazing experience! This food truck is a total gem. The food is ALWAYS fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care—every bite was packed with taste. Service was fast, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Portions are always generous and the quality far exceeded expectations for a food truck. You can tell there’s real passion behind what they do. Reminds me of home and will forever be a loyal customer.

No offense but this is my honest opinion. 1. The food lacked flavor, the rice was a little hard, the chicken was ok, but the pork was a totally miss. As a previous reviewer stated, it seems as if the food was prepared long before and reheated when ordered and in my case, it wasnt warmed up enough. 2. The cost of the do not justify the size. For a few cents short of $20, I received a thigh not even a leg quarter. My overall experience was disappointing. I do hope you guess dont take this as a bashing but use this feedback to improve.

I flew from New York to Miami just to try Caribbean Wok, and it was absolutely worth it. The food is incredibly flavorful, fresh, and authentic! The portions are generous, You can tell everything is prepared with care and passion. If you’re looking for real Guyanese Chinese food that lives up to the hype, this is the place. Highly recommend this food truck!
