Caribou Coffee

They should add drink to the survey. I have been to this location several times. I do like the management better than the lady that was there previously (she was rude) . So better staff. However, it seems to be a lot of turn around here. Sometimes you get a great drink sometimes not. The one thing that they do not do is offer you your perks. For example, I went there in the morning and another location in the afternoon same day. The other location asked (which they do often) would I like to use my free drink. The zimmerman location has NEVER offered my perks to me.

Stopped by here a few weeks ago. Staff was really friendly. This was my first Caribou Coffee experience, so they helped me order some of the favorites. I enjoyed their recommendations. I'll be back.

I went and got a coffee and this morning. They wouldn’t let me get a water bigger than a small or a water bottle. My coffee was good besides when I got half way to 3/4 of the way done with it there was plastic from a bag or something. Lost my interest it and had to dump it out.

Alright, here’s the deal. I have been to a lot of caribous. I absolutely love their coffee, but unfortunately, sometimes it’s bad. I typically order an iced caramel high rise with Oatmilk and an extra shot. 5 times out of 10, the coffee I receive tastes burnt and not at all like it should. Now I didn’t catch her name, but the very nice girl that helped my boyfriend and I at this specific caribou KNEW what she was doing. Her customer service was on point, very friendly, and most importantly, she made the coffee right. Hands down one of the best coffees I’ve gotten from caribou in the past 10 years. Love love love it. 10/10 these people know what they’re doing. Would go again.

Haven’t even tasted it yet. EVERYTIME I come here my drink is 1/2 -3/4 full. The one in Princeton and ER always have it full.
