You’re better off using turbo tax . He does the same thing but doesn’t ask any questions to get you back everything you deserve . He completely blew off our amended tax return for 5 months after telling us they’ll be filed in April. I followed up with him after 4 months when I never received the return . He didn’t answered calls or emails for over a month. When he finally got back to me he said he just filed them and I should’ve checked to make sure he was doing what he told me sooner. Don’t use this guy

If you are looking to wait weeks with no call backs never get a straight answer or the worst communication then Carl’s your guy. Year after year there have been nothing but issues. The lack of professionalism made me realize it is time for a change. Good luck to all that use this service.
