Carlos' Pizzeria and Bar

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The pizza was soggy and overloaded with cheese to the point where it just felt greasy and heavy. It was also delivered cold and they’re right down the road from me, so that was frustrating. They also charged extra for parmesan cheese, which is something that’s always complimentary at pizza places. For the price, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth the cost. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Nice quiet dinner with the wife. Food was absolutely above and beyond delicious. If you want a nice quiet Italian restaurant. This is your place. Last year we had a pizza party for my father-in-law's 80th birthday and they went above and beyond really good pizza really good Italian food.

This place is really nice in a great hidden location worth driving around to find it freshest food I’ve ever tasted must try it highly recommend it

Called the Middletown location ann employee confirmed my order total for two pizzas, garlic, knots and mozzarella sticks at $71 and change. I showed up after the allotted time and my order was never recorded and made. The employees offered no sympathy or no resolution to their miss. I will not be returning after frequenting this location for years. Honest mistake or not it was not handled correctly from a customer perspective.

I went here during a snow storm to grab a pie... to my surprise they also had a bar 🤗... I ordered my large cheese pizza pie and decided to try a chicken calzone... Both were delicious along with the garlic knots I ordered.. I'm from NYC so my pizza expectations are high! This place did not disappoint....My true delight was my strawberry margarita that Megan, their new bartender made! She has a sweet, genuine demeanor that made my trip awesome! Thanks and I'll be back again 😃
