Small Cuban, devil crab and a soda was $22. Cuban was below average, no roast pork on it, too much mayo and had American cheese on it! Who puts American cheese on a Cuban? The devil crab would’ve been good if it was fresh, but mine was clearly a couple days old and reheated so it was pretty gross. Won’t be going back.

This is such a hidden gem! My boyfriend took me here for their Cuban sandwiches and it is so good! Everything is just perfect. The crunchiness of the bread is out of this world! The ham, lettuce, pickles, and mustard is perfectly proportion. The price is super reasonable! I also love their guava pastries! So delicious! Highly recommended if you love Cuban sandwiches!

This place has been there for years. I grew up just around the corner on 59th Street and had never eaten there. I used to go there and buy a softdrink occasionally. Yesterday I was returning from my Uncle Woody's funeral and decided to drive through the old neighborhood (Six Mile Creek) to see how it has changed. We are longtime friends with the Brocato family of Brocato's Sandwich Shop and i suppose that's why I had never tried Carlos'. I bought two devil crabs and they were tasty. A good filling to breading ratio, good crispness (fried to perfection) and very pleasant staff. I suppose I need to try their cuban sandwiches next. I would definitely go back again.

They don't give MILATARY Discount!! I have been eating there for years they have the BEST POTATO BALLS !!! Lost some money from gambling at the hard rock, got home drunk, angry, and hungover. Started looking for spots open at 4am and I saw this place and I had to call them to make sure this was true and to my surprise it was. Once there I walk in, it’s a small little spot but quaint. Ordered their special sandwich can’t even recall what it was called but it was like OVER a foot big I also had these meat balls and it was all amazing the balls had amazing hot well seasoned beef and the sandwich had soooo much meat with all the goods… a must try after throwing away money at the hard rock at 4am
