I love eating here! My husband loves their burgers, well and everything else. They offer a keto friendly grilled chicken sandwich which I really enjoy getting because not very many places offer keto or healthy choices. It’s one of the few places I can eat when getting fast food. I used to really enjoy eating the fried zucchini as well, when I was allowed to before my doctor prescribed diet. The service is always friendly and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. We love that their hamburgers are messy, which is a plus; that’s why they made napkins! The only reason why I gave service a four star is because there are a lack of good employees in this town, it seems. Sometimes service is slow, but I know they are busting their butt and doing a great job the best they can.

This location used to be awesome. Now the lobby is almost never open. Went there tonight only to see that the doors were locked and for the employees to look at me like I was dumb. I went there a little before 7pm and the sign on the door said it was supposed to be open until 9:30 pm. I definitely will not be going back to this location if the staff are going to continue to be lazy.

Ordered the bacon swiss chicken. The picture displayed shows it comes with lettuce and tomato. They only gave me the bun and the chicken.

Same taste, twice the wait! Staff just wasn't thrilled to have customers, and the bathroom was out of order when I got there. I'm just going to go to Lotaburger from now on.

Okay, where do I start? We walked in about 12:25 pm. The place was empty, and that should have warned us. The tall stools were still upside down on the tables like they were about to close. We ordered about $35 worth of food; 2 double famous star lettuce wrapped meals and 2 kids cheeseburger meals. The burger patties were burnt beyond recognition, leathery, and tasteless. Only 1 slice of cheese should have been 2. Where is the seasoning? The lettuce was in tiny pieces, unable to pick up and eat. Fries were cold. It sounded like a television playing a documentary in the kitchen. It's probably a documentary about lazy worker bees. Employees eating behind the counter This is our worst experience ever. We will NOT be back.
