Ordered through Uber Eats and when the driver arrived to pick up my food, my order wasn't done and he had to wait 10 to 15 minutes and the employee handling my food didn't properly allow enough time for the oil to drain from the chicken tenders I ordered and had ordered 20 of them, which then left the tenders greasy and the food container too as well as a the bag had a noticeable grease spot on it. I have spoke with the manager Jasmine he was supposed to fix my order and I've been trying to reach back out to her after she had told me she had to leave because she obviously too busy at the time to take my call call me back like she said she would, yet she just explained to her to call her the next day and she would take care of it but this is after she gave me a hard time and I had let he

I ordered the California classic burger. However, they gave me a regular jr. cheeseburger which was terrible. The ranch was expired and their nuggets tasted like fish. The only good part was their fries. I was highly disappointed.

Food is good and all however today I was given the wrong order through the drive thru, I didn’t realize it until I got home. I was given a lettuce wrap burger when that’s not what I asked for nor was it on my receipt. They kept asking if that’s not what I ordered when I already showed my receipt for proof and I brought the lettuce wrap back as well which they did take back to check. I didn’t receive an apology nor did they say anything at all after they gave me my correct order just handed it to me and when I said thank you I just got silence back.. it’s also not the first nor the second time that I have received the wrong order but the first two times I didn’t say anything and just dealt with it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Drive through. But they have a VERY IMPRESSIVE Ai system that takes your order and sounds human haha food was delicious and fast
