I came in the other day and got lunch for my daughter and I. Kayla was super nice, fast, and efficient. The food was fresh and delicious. She runs a great crew and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome!

I ordered a single Famous Star, substitute the bun for a lettuce wrap, and it’s safe to say I was highly disappointed with what arrived. I am not sure in what world this is a lettuce-WRAPPED burger, but I find this whole situation very unacceptable. On top of it looking a mess, the food was ice cold. Usually, I have a good experience at Carl’s jr. but it’s safe to say I would not order delivery from them again.

The last couple times the burger has been completely douched with sauce. But the app works really well.

Do not try the iced mocha you will get day old coffee with a couple pumps of hard chocolate syrup at the bottom. Food good tho.

I just spent $70 on food for my family this is my $7 chicken sandwich. The meat is less then half of the bun. The other pic is the $4 bacon fries. Don’t go there. This chain sucks.
