Picked up a loaded breakfast burrito and a spicy chicken sandwich yesterday. The spicy chicken sandwich was obviously just made. The chicken was crispy and hot. Aside from the chicken the sandwich had shredded lettuce and mayo. The lettuce was decently crispy and the mayonnaise was light which I prefer. Aside from maybe needing a slice of tomato I give this sandwich a 4.5. The loaded breakfast burrito, which we often get, was good. Better...and pricier than most fast food options I have tried. The only thing holding this burrito back from a higher rating is the flour shell. It is fairly gummy and bland which detracts from the tasty ingredients inside. I ORDERED A PLAIN HAMBURGER FROM HERE AND WHEN I GOT HOME THE WHOLE HAMBURGER WAS SOAKED IN WHAT APPEARED TO BE SOME KIND OF HOT SAUCE. WAS NOT MAKING THE DRIVE BACK SO I THREW IT AWAY. Not sure why you guys thought it was a good idea to dump hot sauce on a plain burger but I think someone should be fired over that.

already having a horrible day but the soda tasted worse than if they served me hose water , the burger was cold and had a hair in it, and the cookie tasted expired. i’m really sad carl. but the employees are nice.

Food used to be really good, not anymore. I just spent ~$60 to feed the family. Tastes like they cooked the chicken tenders and onion rings in really old oil. The chicken in my chicken sandwich was small compared to the bun. The onion rings and chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. The picture for the burger showed lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and onions, not what we got (see pictures).
