I saw the billboard on 152 coming into Los Banos for the Cali Xl. It is a great burger for a great price of $5.99 GAVINO was super friendly.

The general manager was working today very kind and offered me the best option available for the price without asking! Employees take notes thats how customer service should be! Unfortunately, businesses today lack good customer service but definitely not here! Better quality food for your money here as well! Best fast food option in town!

The general manager helped us Took our order and brought it out to us. Very kind, friendly and helpful. We haven’t had service like that in along time. She is a great employee.

The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The bathrooms were very clean. The cashier was super friendly and helped us choose and customize something for my elderly mom to eat since she has difficulty eating a lot of food.

Customer service is good and Gavino the team member that helped me out with a great suggestion on a Diablo burger was fantastic and my wife that impossible to order got a guacamole burger with lettuce wrap and she loved it . All team members were flowing good to push out orders and I would suggest the carls jr in town.
