The 2 stars are not for the food but because they lied about their hours. It says open until 12"00am THEY CLOSE THE DINING AREA AT 10 PM !!! As I'm writing this several other people keep pulling up to dine in but, the doors are locked . The employees inside think it's funny because they probably know it's to get people to go through the drive through once they're there. Once you look at the hours on the little sticker way up top left, it says the dining area closes at 10pm.

AWFUL! LETTUCE on both sandwich and in salad was rotten! Brown & slimy rotten! The cake & cookie were so old they were uneatable. Only thing I could stomach, was the soda. I was too far away to return, by the time I was able to eat. Oh, the burger & the bun were both BURNED! I CAN'T STAND BURNT FOOD! Pic. Att. All was thrown out. Stopped latter at a Taco Bell. Food OK for both of us.

Went to the drive through and Evelyn took our order, she has excellent customer service, very friendly, and the food was perfect, will definitely be coming back.

This is the cleanest Carl's I have ever eaten in. When I walked up, I noticed how clean the parking lot, landscaping & windows were. This store is immaculate. The stainless steel shines & counters were clean. They opened at 6am & at 10:45 it looked like they had just opened. Trash recepticle was clean & emptied. They tables were all clean & organized. When I say clean, I mean free of dust, dirt & grime. I even told the cashier when I ordered how nice & clean everything was. The fountain area was very clean & stocked. No sticky soda or trash in sight. Before I jumped back on the freeway, I used the restroom. That is when I decided to write this review. It was sparkling clean, I couldn't believe it. I’m so tired of workers taking ZERO pride in their job. It seems every time that I go to this location they make a mistake on my order. I was the only car in the drive thru and my order had multiple missing items. Even worse was the customer service from the manager when I called back down there to get it resolved. Brad
