Not sure why but there was nobody up front to do the cashier in the lobby. The drive-thru was full to the brim with orders and just didn't have enough people. I wait 10 minutes for my food to be put in the bag so that way I could go. I ordered it online so that way I can get you in and out. Whoever the manager is needs to put one person in front so that way they can worry about the lobby.

The lady at the speaker sounded over it but she did ask if we wanted something with guacamole, but we told her we had a mobile order and when she came to the window no , greeting , no nothing just handed the food and gave a dirty look. Lol my boyfriend and I came here before last year and the manager was there, He was so super nice, like super nice and awesome but this lady had like real bad vibes.. maybe a bad day..but never again, that behavior ruins people's moods who are about to eat...

If I can give this restaurant a 0 stars I will poor customer service when I told him my fries was cold, he kept saying they were fresh when I got home to eat the hamburgers were heated up and not cooked fresh the onion ring was horrible I called back to the store asked for manager it corporate phone the employee stated no corperate number at the store ..store was dirty mop water on counter an mop bucket sitting there with dirty water

The Big Carl meal is $11. For that price this is what I got. There wasn’t any burger sauce on the burger. I had an old patty with old cheese on my burger which obviously been sitting out. For someone to serve another person food that looks like this, they have to be a careless cook. When is this location going to start holding their employees accountable for their sloppy service?
