Okay well this is the GM of the Carl's jr. On Fairmont Parkway he's out drumming up business for his new store he's newly appointed GM of this store great guy and is really enthusiastic about making the store make money and serve the customer cuz that's what his goal is the customers always happy

Food was good. Service outstanding. Manager even came to our table. Very friendly.

Came in for breakfast and how this place has 3.8 stars has to be a scam. Biscuits hard as rocks, dining room dirty, employees sleeping in the booths??? Stay away from this location

I'm not sure if we went on an off day, but how this place has 3.8 stars is beyond me. The girl who took our order at the drive through was nice, the kid that brought the food to our car obviously didn't want to be there. Fine. I get it. Weekend job and all that. Any way, first thing we do when pulling out of the parking lot is reach for the fries. They were cold, stale, and hard. We waited until we got home to examine the rest. My husband got the $5 box with the double cheeseburger and spicy chicken sandwich while I got the Californian. All sandwiches were assembled terribly, and they were lukewarm despite us waiting 15 minutes for our food and only living about a mile away. The cheese tasted like it was bad and neither of us could stomach more than 2 or 3 bites of the food. We trashed it

Not bad, not the greatest. It is what it is. I've never had the wait problems others have mentioned, but it does get a little crowded at noon.
