This specific Carl’s Jr. location is one my all time favorites. The place is always clean. The team is always professional and good listeners. And my favorite burger, the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, is always made to my satisfaction; extra BBQ sauce. Thank you CJ team for making my experience 100% satisfying.

I came in a few days before Christmas to purchase a gift card as a present. 2 people working and neither of them could figure out how to process the gift card. They charged my debit card and then proceeded to try and load it on a gift card, but were unsuccessful. I asked to just refund my debit card, as it was taking to long and obviously wasn't going to work out. He said the refund was issued and ill see it within a couple days. Needless to say I never received my refund, and I have been in a few time now to get this sorted out and nothing has been resolved. So here I am with no gift card and out the money. If you're looking for a gift card I recommend going anywhere else but here to purchase one

This drive through provided us with a very good meal. My purple onions were so crisp and fresh. All the veggies seemed fresh, my boyfriend and I were very pleased

RAT INFESTED PARKING LOT. DO NOT COME HERE. THERE ARE RATS RUNNING ALL OVER THE PARKING LOT The videos attached are from a 3 minute time span outside. This is a literal HEALTH HAZORD this place needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP

Great food, the only issue was how long it took to get food in drive threw.
